The guy at the reception didn't speak much English but he was very kind and friendly. Room was pretty spacious and overall comfortable. 5 mins walking from the train station which was what I needed the most!

Twin room. beds were large and comfortable. Mid December heating was just right. Close to the station. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Really convenient location, only took 3 minutes to hakodate JR &bus station. I got a deal for about 19$ for a single room & bathroom which is an excellent deal!
